Luxurious 5-star villa
Luxurious 5-star villa built in a Dalmatian style with a stone facade, Villa Vikki was built in 2015 on a 600m² plot, and is about 1.5km from the old town Makarska.
The living space is 360m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons there is a fireplace in the living room and floor heating throughout the house. Parking for several cars is reserved directly in front of the house on our own property only for our guests.
It has three separate bedrooms each with a double bed. There are four bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the house is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6-8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and washing machine, as well as the exit to the terrace.
On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom with XXL shower and toilet, and the terrace with a fantastic sea view.
On the second floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed and a private bathroom.
In total, the property Vikki can accommodate 6-8 persons.
Large terrace, pool and garden
The villa has a 250m² terrace with private heated pool of 27m², covered seating and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas.
The open view to the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking. In the background the Biokovo mountain ranges up to 1.762m.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls and offers complete privacy and security to you and your family, your children and pets.
Wine Cellar
In the basement there is the wine cellar and a large tavern where we can provide you with a large assortment of top Croatian wines! The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 12 people, a private fireplace that can be used as a barbecue, as well as a private bread or pizza oven.
There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.
WELLNESS AREA
The special highlight of Villa Vikki is also in the basement: a 180m² wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. The heated and cool able pool has a size of 48m², air and water massage nozzles, countercurrent system, geyser, massage loungers. Showers, cozy bathrobes, sun loungers and a private bar area offer a luxurious wellness feast, which is offered at a surcharge of 25% of the booked rental price. Otherwise, the wellness area is not included in the offer.
