Villa Goran is a luxurious 5-star villa built in a Dalmatian style with a stone facade. Villa Goran was built in 2013 on a 460m² plot, and is about 1.5km from the old town Makarska.
The living space is 210m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons there is a fireplace in the living room and floor heating throughout the house.
Parking for several cars is reserved directly in front of the house on our own property only for our guests.
It has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the house is a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as the exit to the terrace.
On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a sofa which can be used as sleeping-sofa for 2 persons.
In total, the property Goran can accommodate 6-8 persons.
Large terrace, pool and garden
The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 24m², covered seating and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas.
The view to the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking, in the background, the Biokovo mountain ranges up to 1.762m.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls and offers complete privacy and security to you and your family, your children and pets.

On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as the exit to the terrace.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a living-area with sofa (usable also as sleeping sofa).
EQUIPMENT
Air conditioning, underfloor heating, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer, satellite TV (with German-language programs), WIFI internet access. Bed linen and towels, also pool-towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Garden with private, heated pool, barbecue, sunbeds and sunshades, covered seating area.
