Luxurious 5-star villa built in modern style. Villa Marina was built in 2009 on a 3000m² plot, and is about 1.5km from the old town Makarska
The living space is 264m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. There is a fireplace in the living room and central heating throughout the house.
A locked garage for 4 cars as well as outdoor parking are reserved on our own property only for our guests.
It has four separate bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as one bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a washing machine. Furthermore, you will find on the ground floor two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as the exit to the terrace.
On the 1st floor are three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with single bed), a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as the large terrace with a fantastic sea view.
Downstairs there is a fitness area with treadmill, various equipment, a table tennis, toys for the children.
A total of 9-10 persons can be accommodated in Villa Marina property.
Large terrace, pool and garden
The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 60m², covered seating and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas. Several bicycles are available for use.
The view to the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking, in the background, the Biokovo mountain ranges up to 1.762m.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls and offers complete privacy and security to you and your family, your children and pets.
Wine Cellar
The wine cellar with the big tavern where we can provide you with a large assortment of top Croatian wines at no extra charge! The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 20 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a grill. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.
